ULink took part in PIR EXPO 2026, held from October 26 to 29 at Crocus Expo in Moscow. The exhibition brought together suppliers and hospitality professionals to explore ideas for hotels and restaurants. At Booth 4K17, we presented our approach to smart hospitality through a room model, connected devices and examples of the guest journey. Visitors could examine the display at close range and speak with our team about how the solutions work in a hotel setting.

The illuminated model placed switches, control panels and other devices in a familiar guest room environment. It gave visitors a tangible way to consider how connected controls can fit into the spaces guests use every day. At the booth, we also introduced ULink’s X Mesh wireless smart solution and X Link wired smart solution. Presenting both gave visitors a clearer view of the options available for different hotel layouts and project requirements.

For hoteliers, a connected room also needs to fit the way a property is run. ULink’s smart hotel platform supports room-status visibility, equipment monitoring and energy-use management. These capabilities matter alongside guest-facing controls: guests want simple interactions, while hotel teams need dependable information to manage rooms and respond to issues. At the booth, we addressed both guest convenience and day-to-day hotel operations.

A Connected Experience Across the Stay

We also presented smart hotel scenarios spanning the guest journey, from self-service check-in and smartphone room access to room controls, service requests, personalized scene settings and check-out. Together, these examples showed how connected technology can support a more consistent experience from arrival to departure.
